The Situation in Lebanon

Since the onset of the war, over 1,000,000 people have been forced to abandon their homes, leaving behind most of their belongings. These displaced families are now facing severe shortages of basic necessities, with tens of thousands stranded on the streets, often without access to water, food, or shelter, and with only minimal clothing. The escalating conflict continues to challenge the survival and well-being of those affected.

In response to this humanitarian crisis, our initiative, “Youth for Lebanon,” aims to address these critical needs by providing immediate basic resources to displaced families across the country. Despite the logistical challenges, we are committed to making a difference for those most in need.

Our Mission

We are youth for Lebanon. Our aim is to distribute food, water, and hygiene products to displaced families in Lebanon who are unable to access support from shelters and NGOs.

  • Distributing meal boxes tailored to the number of individuals in each family
  • Providing hygiene boxes based on the needs of babies and menstruating women
  • Ensuring that everyone's needs are addressed with sustainable support

Our Impact

We have raised over 2,000 dollars, allowing us to distribute more than 120 meal boxes and feed approximately 1,200 individuals. Additionally, we have distributed over 100 boxes of hygiene products.

We keep track of all the families we contacted, the donations, and the receipts in Google Sheets: Donation Tracking Sheet.
